Yes, arrived yesterday. NOS, gold anodized. It's beautiful. I also found someone who is willing to make one now that I have dimensions. Can't wait to make the road trip to Canada to pick up the XS motor. Then I can mock everything up. I may have to hang the motor/SeaStar on the transom just so I can drink a cold beer and look at it.

NOS means new old stock. The part is still brand new from the factory, never used, sitting on a shelf for decades.
As of right now I don't know anyone who fabricate them. That are not easy to find.

Is there a plastic washer or bushing with this bracket to allow for the outer tube to tilt with the inner clamp? What keeps it from binding if the tilt tube is installed to proper tightness?

Is the Mercury partgold like that or is that someone's fabrication. I've seen a few pics online of them gold and a few black that looked more like what I would think a factory part would look like.
