I'm getting ready to mount my Porta motor bracket. It's a hydraulic bracket with 17" of setback and has 12" of lift! The great think about this bracket is that it will lift both motors at the same time and with 12" of lift, I can get the motors completely out of the water when parked.

I got the bracket on today. I had to drill 20 mounting holes. Kinda hard to do by myself, but I got it done. I may mount the motors tomorrow.

I put the motors on today. I will put new ones on later, but I have this pair that is for sale that I put on for now so that I can figure out all the hydraulics, cables, etc. If anybody is interested in the motors, they have warrantee until May 12, 2018 and have 110 hours. $30k with the painted cowls or $31k if I paint them back black with new decals.

I used a fiberglass reinforced foam board. Not sure if it's Coosa or Penske board. I cover each side with one layer of 1708 and one layer mat. That's what I used in the floor. Here's a pic of the Porta bracket in the "full up" position. The bracket has 12" of lift!

Centerline is 26". I got the dash put together. It has a Garmin 10" screen that will also show all the Mercury Smartcraft info. Notice the custom flip up orange windscreens I had made. I also got most of the hydraulic pumps in today. I still need to install the IMCO power steering.
