3 liter 300 promax conversion parts 25" to 20"
Drive shafts mine are 19" for stubby TM = 14" , studs for lower unit. Shift shaft. Need 2 sets. Also a great place to have drive shaft shortened Bryan 703 501 8708

Sounds like you have the older 2pc drive shafts. My suggestion is to swap them to the 1pc shafts.
As for cutting and re-splining your DS and shift shafts Chris Carson Marine is probably your best bet. You can contact him on here.
