Yes, all the credit needs to go to Johnny Miles (StrokerOMCss) here on the boards. He was my connection to the twins and has taken the lead. He has handled all the work from getting the molds moddified to correct the fitment issues from the past to casting/hardening and machining. Johnny and I are both more than happy to answer any questions.

Well the first thing we did was build a new Mold.
We had the opening wider and deepened on the "Windows." We bought speacial tooling that Mercury uses for this process.
We have each one Heat Treated
We have each one fitted to a custom jig to insure fit top and bottom.
Each Mid is ran thru a Machine to make the finish as smooth as possible so there is Minimum sanding. This process is way beyond sandblasting.

Todd and I will do whatever we can to make sure you are happy with our product.

I have bought and sold many products from Scream and Fly and I have never had a complaint or any problems. I can assure you that we will stand behind our Product.

If you have questions please ask or send a message.

    Thanks
    Johnny Miles

If you want to use the 20" clamp it needs to be shortened or moddified. Option #2 If you have a single ram offshore you can buy the swivel bracket and steering arm from a 2.5L. 200xs ROS or a 280 ROS.

You shiftshaft and drive shafts must be shortened.

Chaz on here is who I use to shorten the clamp brackets. He can do both the offshore and the 3 ram to fit this can!

Guys I have one and it looks outstanding before I have even touched it with sandpaper. Can't wait to get it smoothed up, painted and powerhead mounted. Chaz is the guy to do any mid section mods. A 20" single ram 2.5 clamp and bucket shortened to fit the can and using the 2" extra offset that Chaz does to the 3 ram I think will be the ticket. Hopefully we can get one of those done at some point. The 2.5 Offshore bucket new is very expensive and I don't know how much longer they will be available. And as mentioned above, Todd and Johnny are the best to deal with. No worries there.
