Prop has a regular 15 spline shaft. Great holeshot on my 250 Yamaha/21 ft Bullet. I ran it once on a 170 acre lake and never could open it up to see top speed or rpms.

It is a small shaft 15 spline prop. The flare is welded on in 4 small areas. If you wanted to remove it, It would be easy to remove. The flare helps keep the exhast odff the tips of the blades for a better holeshot and provides stern lift that many boats desire...

Let me know if you have more questions... I cant believe this prop hasn't sold based on the new prop prices.
