Original carlson race boat with cowl
This is an original unrestored 1968 Glastron Carlson CT15 race boat with original 135 Mercury short shaft on a newish custom Magnum trailer made for the boat. A true time capsule that's unmolested down to the Keller speedo...and it runs. Only some decals have been upgraded for show. This is the full tunnel not the flat bottom in the rear and was used in the 90-100 inch class at the time. Possibly the only original race deck Carlson that is still rigged as it was sold new in the Great Lakes area. More details available 512 658 3630 $10,000.

Sold all my speedmasters before I could give it a try. This rig is so original it has a cut 2 blade thru hub bronze that runs OK.

I had a CT-15 back in 1973 with a Johnson Stinger KC-13R race engine. It ran in the 70's.

Good luck with the sale.If I knew it was going to last this long I would have taken better care of it.

That's badd ass!!
I'd like to spend a 6 pack walking around that thing.I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

I also had a CT-15 back in the day! I put a 150 HP Mercury on it with a speedmaster. Ended up blowing it over (complete 360). Heard alot of these did that because of the full tunnel (no center pod). Was an eye catcher but almost took me out. Would not put a speedmaster on it and probably be safe enough. Definitely would not run on windy days and especially into the wind!
