Should I use anything special to rinse the tank out with, or just gas?

Just clean gas with no oil . Drain it best you can then do a separator filter change after the first ride , cut it open and see what you get . Was it real dirty before ?

Nah don't think so. When I shine a light inside it looks kinda oily and glossy. Reckon that's a good thing?

Ya know...that Strangler color combo would look killer with you newly painted boat!!!!! After sayin that it might look pretty good on my restored Hustler.

Had her out at fake lake Sunday. Ran 66.6. Then let Koster drive and the sob ran 68.2. [crying ...]

Solid mounts, nose cone/lwp, and more height are in order. Sadly it's high as it'll go with the jackplate as is, but I think I can pick up an inch or two by drilling some new/lower holes. Believe there's enough meat there?

You can go up another 2 1/2 to 3" with out low water pickup. Just block off the two top water pickups on both

sides with epoxy Click image for larger version.
