Gene...You are a man of many hidden talents...!! I knew that you piloted planes and race more power boats than I can remember, but did not know that you raced cars as well. I guess I should ask you if there is anything that you haven't done? How long and during what period of time did you find time to race cars.

I went down to Florida City a few times with another friend who built motors for one of Gene's competitors. Gene did pretty well as I recall. 3/4 Midget cars mostly Crosley powered. My friend built 44ci merc conversions for a guy named Earl Hatch.

sold the 2 seater the wife was scared to death of it, so the thing just sat here after i put 10 grand in it. , broke my hart to sell it, so im looking for another single seater, want a seebold. not a pugh or anything else, ive had 3 seebolds and want to stick with one since i know how they run ,
