Back from the dead
I bought a 21 Action few mounths ago and tore it down and took it to Mr. Andy Frost. He did an outstanding job restoring the awesome boat. He also added a few mods I wanted like filling in the transom and adding a 12" wide pad. The boat was in pretty rough shape and was completely taken down to bare bones. It looks like a new boat now. Its an 1982 as am I which is also pretty cool. She will be getting a 15" 300XS mounted on a Porta bracket. Along with a much lighter and aerodynamic center console made from aluminum as well as a custom aluminum bench seat from Big Bad Customs aka Jason wolf. The console and other parts are almost done and won't be long before ill be putting it all together. Can't wait, should be a fast fun good all around boat.

Cool project, keep this thread up to date.... the awlgrip came out great, I used the snow white awlgrip on my stream, everyone told me the awlcraft would spray easier but chip in the end but I needed durability. How'd you like working with it

...Nice project. Like the pad width addition. Going with a full width short platform bracket would be nice. Or not.
