Here we have another example of the then-popular 'rocket age' styling that seemed to be a part of almost every consumer product in some way or another back then. I just love these old outboard designs and OMC always took more liberties with year-to-year aesthetic changes than Mercury, perhaps viewed as a marketing edge.

Greg these are all so Cool!!! I wish you could do the 73 and up Catalogs in sequence. I haven't seen them yet. I had a favorite back in the day. Maybe 72 , 73 or 74. cant remember.

Greg, any chance of finding the 1958 Johnson catalog? Those with the red outboards.
