The company sure has had it’s jumps and downs, but in 1989, my 210 Sunsport IO was an awesome family boat; big bow area where everyone wanted to sit (forget about any speed), Igloo cooler storage, comfortable seating, ski locker, choice of color combinations, hand-laid with balsa core, thru-hulls, and on a custom Eagle trailer. We had a great time in that boat. A lot of skiing. Would run 62 any time with the wife and two kids.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot help the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by encouraging class hatred. You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than you earn.

I absolutely loved my Baja 220 sport! It had a blown 2.5 on it when we bought it but I found a KILLER deal on a mint 3.4 liter Cosworth 275hp Merc, the boat did mid 70's without any setup and took the rough stuff like a champ!
*I will never buy a car motor boat, well not unless I could make a good profit off it anyway..

I absolutely loved my Baja 220 sport! It had a blown 2.5 on it mounted to a stainless marine 30in setback bracket when we bought it but I found a KILLER deal on a mint 3.4 liter Cosworth 275hp Merc, the boat did mid 70's without any setup and took the rough stuff like a champ! It was solid as a rock, and looked Soo nice, painted all white with the dark tinted windshield! It's definitely one of the boats I miss the most and wish I never sold it.
