I may try to see if we can visit the in laws cabin near Ithaca and get by this event in the process. IF I can talk the wife into it.

Normally she just likes riding in our pontoon and sipping a beverage or two, it's legal in TN, but I have a couple friends I could bring with me if i just drive up.

I've never witnessed anyone drinking a beverage at this event(but I don't see well), and we made Rocky buy a pontoon last year for a photo platform for Kent, so we can get her a ride. I'd volunteer Johnny Geico's pontoon, but his boats are always broken

I can get her to ride in my Cougar it is a pretty smooth ride in up to about 2 footers is the roughest I have been in so far on our lake. She has not been in it yet but the time is drawing near, or.... well after we get our asses kicked by this storm coming tomorrow. I think it is going to make it up your way after it leaves us an inch of ice on the way. VERY glad we installed a standby generator last fall.

I never notice any beverages either, seems like every can and bottle is always empty all the time. No idea what happened to them.

I would definitely love to make your event, sounds like an awesome time. Probably better off to bring friends and the cougar and just have fun most likely.

I think it looks like a hell of a good time. The drive home would probably suck I bet but it sure looks like you guys know how to party and have fun from everything I have read. Nothing wrong with a little ball busting after the fact. Sounds like an event I would love to RUN TO! Kinda like a meeting, it is OK to say what you did but not what anybody else did if I am reading it right. My kinda event. No Name, No Organizer, No BS just fun.

You guys are lucky the law has unmarked variety of boats in NC/TN these days. They think they are stealth but you can pretty much tell what's up. I keep a spotter scope in the boats just for spot checks and they can't keep up with anything I have and with all the coves it is easy to hang out a few and wait.

I used to make a weekend commute often when I was with UncleSam'sMisguidedChhildren 55years ago and I know the commute is a Hell of a lot easier today, come join the noise!!
