As soon as it was secured I started looking for a few of the hard to find things that I would need for the restoration and right away scored a real nice low profile forward bending windscreen that was just a gift sent from the Hydrostream Gods above for $80.00 no less with shipping !!!! Who says you can't find deals any more ? After getting home and checking the boat out and giving another big thanks to Josh aka Hollywood lol and the master himself Brian aka Carhart Glass the fun begins........ Perhaps I should clarify seeing as you are hurling insults. See, this is the typical pattern. Someone comes on here and make reference to "The Island of Chosen Winners" and then if even the slightest negative reply comes, the insults are laid on, usually in all caps BTW. Perhaps things would be different with your venue if you didn't try so hard to keep others away by poking fun, making insults and crafting rules in such a way as to keep others out. Such a shame. That's ok though, we have our thing here. And for those that want to race there are lots of new events in our area now. Oh and what is wrong with being nice to each other? Would you want to belong to a group if everyone constantly tears everyone down?

Well Bryan there are many avenues that could be strolled down but I think something "newer" turn key, and drama free would be in my best interest I have been approached with several very interesting offers on this. White, black, and blue offers to be more specific but no decision has been made quite yet. Now how about a few before and after pictures of the core and transom replacement in that said Venus ???? Lol Feel free to interject on how much fun it was doing this one too.

I talked to Howard a few months ago and he said it's a definite maybe for Three Lakes this yr. I don't know if this is on the tour? It would be fun for the people down south to meet him.

Yall get the dates and pm or email txvector or me. We've got a few people on board but that all depends on the dates for everything and having a huge heads up for us to get this together

This is what was put up on facebook for the three lakes shoot out if you are all interested. I think it would be fun if we could do the races saturday and do a power tour on Sunday in three lakes if everyone is up for it.

Scottie, are you even going to be there this year? I don't think we will do a power tour there per se, but I would encourage anyone that wants to come because 3 lakes is a special place for sure. Would be great if Pip showed up, I think he would enjoy it for sure.
