I have that gauge and switch set new in the box somewhere in my barn? Definitely the way to go until they integrated the switches with the throttle and shift lever. Did the trim indicator gauge work with outboard PT? I never used the gauge with outboards...…...far too easy to just look back at the engine.

yes they did. and many were in use back then with this same trim button arrangement. but...although the trim gauges at a glance looked identical, there was a gauge for outboards, and a gauge for sterndrives. different part numbers. many times the part numbers were labeled/visible on the backsides of the gauges for reference. get the part number off the gauge you have, if still there, and attempt to research it as an o/b or an I/o trim gauge on the internet. the three button trim panels were the same for o/b and I/o.

I was able to connect the ram end with thick aluminum plates bolted from the outside of the swivel.
And yes you have to reverse the the pump lines to avoid bleed down found that out also.

Speaking of trim indicators this has has to be a rare one.
