    15 Allison (1976) - Fully Restored

For sale is a fully restored, custom 15’ Allison. I picked up the boat 2 years ago and did a full restore on it. I posted a link below with the full details and pics.

    http://www.screamandfly.com/showthread.php?307535-15-Allison-Resto&highlight=15+allison+resto

The boat has a new core, transom, stringers, knees and floor. I cut out the old splash well and modified an stv river rocket faring to replace it. I had to modify the top deck to match the profile of the faring. It has a totally different, unique, custom look. The bottom was all blue printed, and added the pencil roll back into the pad. The whole boat was then fully prepped and painted.

    The rigging:

    • Cable pulley steering with custom rigging plates and pulley wheels (all was made to suit the boat)
    • Livorsi Gauges
    • Hot foot foot throttle
    • Mechanical trim indicator
    • Triad built carbon fiber seat (brand new)
    • 12 gallon summit racing aluminum fuel cell with sump
    • odyssey 680 lightweight battery

    The Motor:

    • Ruck ported, 2.5 260 block with carb front half. Was fully rebuilt (0 hours) in winter of 2015 by Top Gun marine. Motor has been only used on this boat, and only for 1 season. I would guess about 20 hours since rebuild.
    • Nass built T3 style fibreglass lightweight cowling
    • Geigertec lightweight 12” clamp bracket, with old school smooth back studs up 12” mid
    • Mercruiser trim pump
    • XR6 Gearcase, pinned in forward, no reverse gear. Has stock 1.78 gears and Geigertec bearing carrier with the lower drain

    The trailer:
Brand new custom built trailer. Brand new axles and tires. Was built in September of this year.

Many people have seen the boat and can attest to its look and ride. Its pretty light but built strong. Handles very very well and I have spent a good deal of time getting it set up. Even with the power that is on it, it flies straight and flat, no chine walking, and feels very planted even on the top end.

I will sell it as a package or part it out.
Hull and trailer rigged - $5500
Motor (including trim pump and wingplates) - $10000
    Complete - $14000

Feel free to call, text, or PM me for more details or options. (705)-718-8287. Mike

Thanks very much. The cowl is actually just from an STV river rocket, but I did all work to cut down and modify it to match the lines and profile of the boat.

10,000 for that engine is a Bargain! anyone who has pieced one together like I have knows you will spend a pile of money if you buy quality components not to mention your time. If anyone in the southeast U.S is interested in the boat and trailer, I would be interested in the engine.

Another pic from weigh in at the drags. Good luck with the sale Mike, even though I'd hate to see it go

Looking to get this moved. Willing to help with delivery across the border. Also forgot to mention there are 2 props available, one of which will go with the boat. One is a 13.75x28 Knob cut done by hydromotive, the other is a labbed 14x30 merc cleaver. Both props have seen 107 on the boat. More pics available upon request.
