    15" 2 Hole CLE Lower, 15" 4 Hole Lower, 25" 2 Hole Lower, CLE Case - Cleaning House.

    Up for sale is this 15" CLE Lower with a 1.87 gear. I bought a running Rabco for the parts and this is one of them.
    This lower was the previous owners "spare" I was told it worked fine but with any used part I would recomend the
    lower be checked and seals replaced. The impeller is missing and the upper oil level plug looks to have a repair done to
    it also.

    Asking 1150.00 - plus freight

    This lower is still on the engine (*also listed) It shifts smooth in and out of gear and pushed the little boat well into the 90's

    Mercury 25" 2 Hole CLE Left Hand Lower / 1.87

    This was bought for the Left Hand parts, I was told from the member I bought it from that it worked fine. but with any used part I would recommend the
    lower be checked and seals replaced JUST TO BE SAFE.

    Can you spin the prop shaft one direction when it is in gear and hear a clicking sound? Or will it not free wheel except in neutral?

    Not sure on how I can check that with it on the motor, I'll have Gary check it at the shop and let you know. .

    just turn the prop with it in gear and see if it will turn one way or another. Motor not running of course!

    cnc_guy it is a ratchet lower not a crash box style and the drain plug is in the center below the prop shaft hope that helps gary
