bring back the luster and clarity of a resin flooring

Hi

How can I bring back the shine and clarity of the resin on this flooring?

when the boat was new, I could see right through the resin and actually see the wood coring which made these boats so distinctive

would cutting the surface (compound-wax) of the resin and then buffing to a shine make this oxidized flooring look like new again?
