04 250 xs opti Low low hrs
boat delaminated so time to cut my losses and start over.
2004 250 xs optimax
25 inch shaft, HD transom bracket
less that 30 hrs on it since complete rebuild
new head and rod bolts
new direct injectors, fuel injectors were flowed and cleaned
new spark plugs
new gaskets
new compresser belt, newer compresser
new fuel pump
new rod bearings and wrist pin bearings
6 new wiesco pistons
bored .o15 over size
fleet master gear case with 1.75 gears and new seals
water pump was replaced too
It runs perfect 0 issues
hood has a hole busted into it in the top corner, dont affect any thing but looks, and the decals are kind of flaky
