2012 250 HO poor hole shot

When i take off there seems to be a delay in the throttle response. When i give it gas it feels like it bogs down for a couple seconds. I'm not sure if it was always this way since usually I'm taking off slow from a no wake zone. I think I would have a hard time evm getting a skier up. It just had 3 year maintenance and plugs were changed and water pump. He said everything else looked good on the computer

What rpm does it turn wide open fully loaded?

check and make sure the throttle cam roller didn't break/fall off.

Usually close to 6000 rpms. Have to test today. Where or what does the throttle cam roller look like. I'm At the boat now

It's a clear plastic roller about 1/4" in diameter that slides over the linkage that rides on the throttle cam.

Found diagram. Looks intact. Dealer said he may need to adjust tps. I'll go test some more. Thanks. It is super hot and humid

hitting 5950 RPMS, getting on it at any other RPM seems fine, just from a dead start it does this, see what dealer can do next time I bring it

Haven't got boat back to dealer but I was just looking at this again in the driveway.
With the motor not running I put it in gear and move shifter forward and see that the throttle cam moves right away but doesn't move the cam roller till at least 3/4 throttle. Didn't know if this was normal or there's an adjustment that's needed
