Bigfoot 40hp EFI fuel pressure

My dad has a fourstroke Bigfoot outboard with EFI on his pontoon. It has a high pressure line from the high pressure fuel pump to the injector distribution. The end of the line are black plastic, with a red plastic clip of some sort. Do I push or pry on the red piece to get it separated?
