1984 Sonic 24 SS with 2001 Optimaxs

Decided to sell or trade my 1984 Sonic. Interior replaced 3 months ago. Completely gone through both motors. Motors are actually 2.5 Mercurys those 3.0 decals came with a kit i bought. New injectors, fuel pumps, and all new fuel filters. Power heads have 214 hours on them. Also replaced all fuel lines in the boat. Has Mercury Smart craft gauges and a good stereo. I had the boat out Saturday and it ran perfectly for over 3 hours of cruising. Trailer is in good condition with newer tires. Huge cabin space that could easily sleep 4 people. Looking for a nice Center Console in trade or will sell outright. Has original GIL brackets that could used sandblasting. Boat is located in North Alabama about an hour west of Huntsville. I would love to know any history on this boat. I know it is not the boat at the top of the S&F webpage but it does look similar. Questions give me a call Dave 256-324-1364

Came with 20's originally, 25's sit much higher in the water...better look to me. Thanks.

what horsepower are the engines ? What size props are you running & what rpms does it turn & what is top speed. thank you

They are 225hp engines and are basically stock. Props are 17 inch and turn 5400 rpm. I took it out again yesterday and it ran 68.7 mph. It had a little more but that was enough for me.
