Really floats nice, we need pics of it running. Love to see some pics of the rigging too since all your stuff is like art work. Best of luck and have fun. Can't wait to see it on the water!

Gorgeous completion of a well thought out boat! I am dying to see a video fly-by though.

Unbelievable
[QUOTE=tux974;2767908]All hoses, fittings are complete and pressurized!....
Thanks to Moreland Hoses team, another great job!!!..
unbelievable ,, I am going through the thread looking at all the pictures again, you have some patience Tony. Everything looks mirror perfect. Time, thought effort and MONEY,, did you draw a centerline down the middle of the boat, and use a laser to get the angle of the twin batteries up in the bow? Or just a tape measure to measure off the centerline!!!!!! Lol,,,,, unbelievable is the word that keeps coming to mind.

Thank you! It did take a bit of figuring.....
Hopefully will have it wet again before I wrap it up.......
Soon!.... BTW, The wife hates when I call anything a bitch....
~It handles fine with some shime walk which is to be expected.
~Steering works well having counter rotating LU's
~In order to reduce that shime walk and improve the handling characteristics the motors need to go up. The shaft have to be even or close to the notch.
After speaking with 2 very knowledgeable guys that own twin 21's for many years plus have tried every combo under the sun they have advised and provided me with some great feedback and with the best prop shaft height location for them.
I'm my case I do not want to modify my transom or current mounting setup so I have decided to change the 20's to 15's motors which will put shaft in desired prop location, that is what I'm in the middle of currently doing.
~Spin out....for my best all around performance and boating application.
~Pro's: great acceleration, fun ride and the unique factor. These are my reasons for doing so....
~Con's: fuel consumption, 2x's maintenance, 2x's rigging and you MAY even get passed by a SOB.......
~Check back to pick my brain again next year as our season is coming to an end I'm sure I will be able to provide better and accurate info.
Tony
PS; Hope pics below from ChrisM boat which is setup properly and runs extremely well can give you an idea and also for anyone considering twins. You can easily see the shafts to be even with the notch.

Better handling characteristics when spinning out. If you imagine a triangle upright or upside down....which one has the bigger base to sit on? The one sitting normal, not on its point. So the props spinning out scoop the water out wider and give the boat a wider base to sit on. Then look at what the props do when turning. Spinning out they sort of neutralize each others leverage to roll the boat on its side. When spinning in, they both push in the direction of the roll of the turn to push it over more.
For pure straight line speed and on the edge...spinning in. My grasp of this and always up for more insight on this.

I had always thought that the main deal with out vs in was having to do with stern lift... spin in being more stern lift...
