    "Big Daddy" going electric dragsters?

Hate to say it but GLAD I lived the beginning "Nitro", but never thought I might see the end!

I know its all experimental now, but bet 30 years from now it will be those in the 40's now at 70 will say "remember when Dragsters made NOISE!"

NHRA on today Houston (think, recorded qualifies today, over now), but tomorrow live ESPN2 11 to 2 west coat time. The day I go to a NHRA "electric race ? they better pay ME to go and watch!

Since it's expensive like Don is saying then NHRA needs to change the rules to make it cheaper. They could limit boost, they could require the teams to run the engines X amount of times before they tear them down for inspection, limit the amount of clutch disc they can use, etc.
There are all kinds of ways to make it cheaper, it's up to the NHRA and the teams...
