    Question Info wanted on a 1981 Tohatsu MB35B - Any Tohatsu experts in the house?

    Tohatsu MB35B (maybe a 1982), Found a local guy selling a short shaft 35hp motor but cant find any parts online, or any information.

    I did find a MB35C (1986), does anyone know if the parts are interchangeable? I like that they rev to 6500/6700rpm and only weight 128lbs, both good options on a small inflatable cat. I just dont want to buy this thing and hurt a small part only to find out you can no longer buy that part - than having to junk the motor
