    TWO Hydrostream Viper Project Boats

I have two Viper project boats that I must find a home for ASAP. There are pictures of both at http://s288.photobucket.com/user/JoeSauer/library/

I picked these up several years ago, and they have been sitting ever since. I will get some current pictures posted soon.

The one on the cradle is a Viper I. Someone already stripped the core out. Its rough in spots, but generally a good start. The windshield plexi may be in tact (I will check) but the metal frame is bent.

The one on the trailer is a Viper II. Someone re-cored it and added the heavy stringers. There was also transom work done, and the splash well is cut out. The work looks marginal, and my though was that I would strip it down to the bare hull and re-core it properly. This one also has some damage on one side.

Trailer goes with the package - I have replaced hubs, bearings, wheels and tires on the trailer (axle is currently in my garage and needs to be re-installed).

I don't have titles for anything - boats and trailer are "As-Is".

Boats are in Danbury, CT - Looking for any reasonable offer.

    Thanks! Joe

Thanks to all that have reached out through private messaging. Just want to let everyone know that I have been working 12 hour days - so I may not be able to respond immediately - but I appreciate the interest, and I do need boats to go to a good home!

So paperwork for either boat is not possible? I can deal with a "homeade" trailer but boat no title/regi is rough. How much are you looking for?

I will look again over the weekend, but I think the paperwork was lost.
I would like to get $500 for both boats and trailer.

    Thanks!

Two Vipers are still available, and I need them to go to a new home ASAP.

You can have them for free, but you need to do whatever is necessary to haul them away from their current location in Danbury, CT. One Viper is on blocks, but that one has had the floor and core removed, so it is very light and can be pick-up by a few strong guys. The heavier Viper is on a trailer, which is also on blocks as the axle is removed. I have the axle, which was rebuild with new wheel bearings and tires. Although the axle should be able to be easily replaced, I am not sure what the status of the lights are, so trailer may not be totally ready for the road.

I have not found any titles or documentation yet, but I will look again this weekend.

    Thanks!
    Joe

I was able to find the title for the trailer and for the 1975 Viper I.
I remember now that the title for the Viper II was lost by the previous owner.

Boats still available and need to go!
