Evinrude 135 strangler serial number/head identification???

I got this Evinrude in a swap for some other boat parts. The motor does not appear to have been taken apart and looks to be all original. but I wanted to find the serial number on the block and confirm that it is a 135 and figure out which year it is. Also I would like to know if it still has the original heads. Where is the serial number on the block and how can I identify these heads? Thanks

Look for a swelch plug in the block(top rear usually) and the heads should have a #(6 digits) somewhere. Then post them.

Are you sure yer lookin at the right plug? It'll be on top of the port cylinder bank. Bout the size of a quarter. I believe you'll have to remove the "boomerang" coil mount to be able to see it.

Well you would figure that they would still include a model number so you could know what head you have>>>>
