If you hover over Noah's status bar it says........ Eagle One can only hope to improve Pretty much says it all
All the other supporting vendors I checked had at least a bronze reputation level and any decent vendor would have never let work like that out of their shop, if it did happen to get shipped out he should have given a full refund with an apology. I guess Noah figured he'd get paid for those cowls one way or another
