Ronnie, Hydrostream boats was supposed to be building the Virage again with some changes. I had a feeling you didnt start doing yours yet. I was talking with Jeff about my old boat and its got me itching for photos.

80's Colors!
Love em' or hate em'... Hydrostreams use of transition flake and multi-colored layups like those Virages wear, along with Howard's styling and design concepts that still look unique and futuristic, were "signatures"! Boats that still can be seen from clear across the lake!! Timeless and cool.

JW, I think that's the same color scheme that's on Big D's Virage. His is the first Hydrostream I ever really liked. That thing looks like a '70 Vette coming at you.
And it doesn't have that typical Hydrostream "aim for the moon" stance. If I could get my hands on one, I would.--Brian Chandler--

I'm sure the 20'ers will be nice. The Virages sure do good in the rough stuff but you can only do so much with 18'. My 89 Turbo (JW's old one) has the bottom like the one on the left. Man how can you get tired of this????? Oh yea,... and look at the freeboard!!

Thanks Skydog!! After riding in Helmuts Virage / 260 (the one on the right)or is that one Mark's?, I fell in love with these hulls. I was fortunate to find JW's as these are hard to find especially one that's mint. I had to go to Michigain to get it. Talk about a road trip!! If you have time, here's the article;
