You can hook that yel red from the ECU to the yel black from the powerhead harness and it will choke with the key. When you had the box apart what did it say on the chip? yes the stock 260 had a 7800 limiter. As afr as the box setting that engine here would be set at 98 with stock heads.
Helm, I don't know what tester you are using so I can't say what you are looking at.

air horn nipple
does changing the .060 nipple to the .020 nipple just lean out the idle or does it also change the mid-range and top end mixture ?

Would say just up off idle, there is 0 vacum at mid or top end!

nipple
the smaller hole deadens the pulse to the box which enables the map sensor to read the pulse. If you don't change the nipple for the digital box it cannot get a good reading therefore goes full rich.

Just to clarify---The special "T" with the tiny hole does not affect fuel pressure. Its merely a bleed off for when you shut off the motor. If it gets plugged , it will just hold pressure on the rail longer. It does nothing to affect fuel pressure. The 2.4's didn't even use a fitting to bleed the pressure.
Also the air temp sender ohms out at 5k to 10K depending on temp not 75 ohms. 7.5K ohms maybe. Just to clarify, maybe the scale was 100X.
Do not short the air temp sender wires out unless you have a "weather station" ( a mobile unit used to measure air density etc like most stock car and bracket racers use) and can dial in your box every time you run. Shorting the sender will lean the box 10% from idle to topend regardless of air temp. The idea is for the sender to adjust the mix according to air temp obviously. Its there for a reason.

all this time that stupid 75ohm thing stuck in my head. the only way i got a good reading was if I set it on x1k. I knew it was around 7000 ohms or so. thats what i kept getting and i thought I was doing something wrong. thank you.

This is a wonderful thread brought back from the dead. I have searched and searched, as my 94' 260's with Brucatos are tough to first start. After they warm up they are fine. I ordered the new smaller tee's and hopefully I can also hook up my separate enrichment buttons to also "buzz" the injectors when cold.
Anyone have anything else to add?

Please note that the Brucato ACU doesn’t buzz the injectors for cold start enrichment, but simply fattens up the pulse width on the injectors.
So, using a separate ‘choke’ button just for cold starts makes a lot of sense.
I found that out the hard way myself last weekend.
Here’s what they say:
