Thanks Matt, I gotta be crazy to take on a project like this lol When I got it home my girlfriend said to me I guess I'll see you in about a year.

I didn't mean race the boats (though we can do that too) I meant that we should race the projects!! mine has been pretty much just sitting. I have the hull split and the cap upside down waiting for me to cut out the motor well. coosa is cut for the transom and ready to go in but I need resin. that's the hold up. I have been too lazy to order resin... pathetic. If you need a hand with anything let me know!

Just pm me your credit card info and I'll order it for you, I could use a few gallons myself.....oh and also some coosa & nidacore, the card is platinum unlimited right? Thanks for the offer to help, same here if you need a hand clamping the transome or putting the cap back on give me a shout.

I saw you in crystal river the other day on 19. you MUST have been coming by to give me a hand... march.... HA!

Lenny, where are you getting your coosa? I had enough to do the transom, stringers and floor but I have decided to get rid of the splashwell and that is going to use up some of the 1/2" that was supposed to be used for the floor.

March of 2016 maybe lol I don't even have all the wood out yet but getting close. I saved the best for last....the balsa core with a layer of csm on top of the tunnels, the core in the sponsons was fairly easy but there is no water damage to the core on the tunnels so it's gonna be a Bitch. probably close to 40 hrs of demo so far, hopefully only another 20 to go.

David I'm probably getting the materials at fiberglass coatings in st pete.
here's a few pics. I found the joe boxer waistband with the pearl necklace in the side compartment of the cabin, there must be a good story behind it

Sorry Lenny, I have an off topic question. I noticed you cut the exhaust relief in the back of the mid on the 300. Hows that working out? Does it sound good? Any negative issues with it open? Thinking of doing the same to mine. Thanks

off to an aggressive start Lenny!! I am concerned that your proposed front deck might be too small.... I looks like you will only be able to fish about 8 people off of it!!
