Just got to the point I can drive it on the big end. Current 94 gps with a 28 pitch pro max. Just about 10 mph slower than my 21 Liberator. Not bad for a fishing boat loaded to fish.

I would think your Bullet should easily run 100+

Prior owner indicated 97 gps, however I am not strong enough to handle the wheel torque. Some Bullet owners with similar set ups claim 100, but I don't see it with a fishing load, pedestal seats and graphs. Stripped and a 30 or 32 pitch prop it might do it.

I think you may be right. After a few adjustments to engine height and a prop change...a28 hydromotive 4 blade it logged 90.5 at 5720 rpm on the smart craft. I plugged it into the prop slip calculator and the slip factor appears to be just over 3 % and the wheel torque was manageable. So I think with some more wheel time it should get real close.
