Some of you might not be working on your own gear cases so I thought I would put up this video showing whats involved with tear down as well as the tools needed to do it. The gear case I used in the video is what I thought was a 1975 Johnson Stinger 75 hp straight skeg gear case, but it ended up being a 1986 Johnson 15" 50 Hp. The are almost exactly the same but the gears are different as you know on the 75 hp.

I will also be doing a video showing how to setup the clearances in the gear case and re-assemble it.
