So there was just a rod and piston missing out of the engine? Wish I was closer I would take it in an instant.

it looks like it melted a piston at speed and the shrapnel hit the head a little bit. i honestly think the head could be cleaned up and reused, mill it down and get some more compression out of it anyways, and take down any small high spots left so there aren't any hot spots in the cylinder and it would be good to go....i'm basically sell it it as a complete parts motor, i dont have the ambition to dig into it anymore
