No, there just wasn't anywhere to park them. By 11:00 AM, the entire back side of the sandbar had been hogged and blocked off by a massively deep I/O boat and a 10 foot wide 25'+ pontoon. They boxed me in for the entire day. I towed 370 miles and couldn't even run my boat. A lot of hot boats had to turn around and go back downriver for lack of parking. Only after the big deep vee moved, there were a half-dozen spots for late arrivals. The sandbar continues to shrink and get washed into the shore by increasingly larger boats plowing past at half-plane. It's going to take an illegal 10-man excavation project with shovels to fix it. Back in the day, it was common courtesy to let the light sport boats park behind the sandbar so they wouldn't get beat up, something pontoons and offshores don't need to worry about because they stay planted in the sand on the outside anyway. Oh well. At least they were nice, and had kicking sounds on board for the sandbar too.

Looks like a good time! Would like to know who owns the black and white 21 Eliminator Daytona with twin Mercs? Always wanted one set up like that.

Make sure your video is enabled to play on a mobile device. I think there's a setting to allow it. YouTube wouldn't play it for me.
