A23 ecu
Just bought a '99 225 pro max with an A-23 ECU havent had any luck finding information on it, any at all would be greatfull
I think its off a offshore SS model

The A23 came on the SS 15" 225PM only. One piece plate with the mini oval tuner.

Guess I wasnt clear, Im wanting more information on the ECU its self. Can any one tell where I can find this info or have knowage of the ECU they would care to share

What info are you looking for? Mapping? Only Mercury can provide that...maybe or Eric Simon.

nope all 225 promax limiters are 6750. unless someone has tweeked on it. i have had several of these stock 225 Promax brains some of them are good some are not

11350 A 32 came off a 1994 Off Shore race 2.5 with a 39 psi fuel curve and a 8200 rev limit.

The 11350 did not come on a 225 Promax. The only O/S 225 PM was the 15" SS motor and it came with the A23 box for a reason...Be careful read very carefully!!
I wouldn't personally recommend spinning a stock 225PM at 8000+...JMPO.

it would appear that this is a replacment ECU then,
the rods have been balanced and pistons have been top pinned, block has had the oil drive void filled and the the fuel is pre-mixed at the tank , so its not a stock 225PM, all this work is by JSRE

IMO you should be Just fine. There is probably some Port and chest work done as well!!! If Jay worked that motor it should be a Beast.

not a promax ecu then its a260 ecu, just reading your post it sounded like it was a 99 promax with a A 23 ecu, not a tweeked on mota
