best way to clean out the coolant passages in a 2.5 block

Fighting an overheat problem in 95 200 promax. Not thermostats, water pump or poppit.
My thinking is maybe there is a blockage in the block somewhere from a serverly overheated impeller. Maybe a piece of rubber stuck somewhere? Have no idea where else to look. According to my temp guages it looks to be the stardboard bank.

Motor will idle but as soon as you get on plane the motor temp continually rises to 200+.
Pulled head, not a blown head gasket.

A common place for trash to get lodged is the holes on the bottom 4 cyls. where the water leaves the exhaust divider to fill the block, I have a block sitting on the bench with some crap caught there.
