Pulled both heads ,they both looked like this.#3 and4 both would die when pulling wires off while running

would a bad ground , still give fire on all six

No, it’s was the injectors , and I just had them clean the previous year. Started running Lucas gas treatment on every fill up and haven’t had a problem
