    How fast do you think?

    Hello,

I'm looking at a 16' MV 1650 cc alumacraft modified V boat weighing in at 720lbs. I'm curious what a 1987 115 inline six weighing in at about 315 would push this boat with some proper setup?

    Any thoughts?

A old carb fifty does 32 witha 12 pitch at 5400. I think its a 2:1 ratio. You should be able to run a 24 or better with a 115 mybe more since it will be overpowered. Im thinking the speed of death. Or around 60.
