Thanks Tom, if you see anything that could work for me, I'd be happy to pay a finders fee. Cadillac is 5 miles from me, I think he has some in the same condition as yours, but I really want a clean and ready to go motor.

LMAO! Good for you! You should have come by and seen my Missile- Brownie came by a week ago and went nuts on how nice it is.
I need to come see your project, I'll talk with you about your motors- how close are any of them to being perfect? My outboard tech is not real keen on them, may need to get one thats almost all there...

Cool Thread!! I just read through it. I know where there is one sitting in Akron / Canton area that the guy will not sell. Sad just sitting outside rotting away.

Missle
TOM, lookin good...I know you'r JONESING for the MAIDEN VOYAGE...there is nothing like a true tunnel ride, and the MISSLE is great example...I converted mine to center steer, hyd seastat, put a back to back seat for company, and that was for comfort for me, hot foot & trim on wheel, 2.5 offshore 20' mid, bob's lwp, 187 gears pushin a MACH 4-blade 26 CLEAVER to 6600 ...couldn't of been happier, everybody liked it but the MARINE PATROL...got two tickets..SOLD IT went to a collector in NH...loved that boat.

She's a beauty....Spent many happy hours riding and driving one similar to yours. Great boats! Needs a 2 blade bronze prop for show. A newer ss prop for go.

Making good progress this weekend. Everything at the engine end is rigged and looking purty. Also a before and after pic of the Magnum ID Decal
