I expect it to be as light or lighter than factory. The floor had about 4 layers of bi weave on it and the layup was not done very well. plant to weigh the hull once it is back together and before rigging. Only thing I am adding is the transom knees.

my MISSLE had a corrigated floor, think it was factory, mine was a 1976...also had a slight rocker in the bottom, best riding of all the MAGNUMS & RABCO's I've had ( 2.5 merc offshore v/6 though ) good luck with yours...sorry I never weighed it so can't help you there, if anything the extra weight help keep it landed, never tried to lift on me, but I respected the button...

Great job ,glad to see another magnum get restored. I have a magnum copy made in Canada it's rockered side to side and the inside of the sponsons aren't straight there on a negative angle, I think it was copied off one of the later magnums. My floor is cored . Hope to see some pics of the finished boat

Hi Tom, I just bought a 1968 Magnum, all restored and barn kept for 25 years.

Where is Mosquitoville? Could be anywhere from Key Largo to Jax... I'm down yonder in Stuart Floriday.

Wouldn't mind peekin at it... Invite you to do the same...
