Only 1 1/4" shafts sportys tourqe master and a few later cle no fising shafts they are 1 3/16 there is a guy making a billet carrier on hete that will accept standard shafts you will then be able to run fishing shaft in a sporty with a rear drain

you can run any shaft in it ,you just have to change the carrier which mean no drain and fill has to be done before its installed and thru the drive shaft bearings with water pump off or add a fill hole to sporty so its possible just a hassle

I ran into this 2 years ago with a torquemaster, same shaft as the sporty. Converted to a fat shaft to keep the rear drain. After I had purchased the parts a vendor on this site began to build 1 1/4" small spline shafts. Do a search, can not remember who it was he may still build these. You could do what Texas said but would be a pain to change lube and also you would be running a 1 3/16" shaft. You already broke a 1 1/4" shaft so doubt the smaller one would last long.

You have a stock shaft (1 3/16). Soon you'll be able to buy a 200 carrier that will accept that shaft from this guy, and it will have a rear drain plug.
