one of the big differences between a production 3 litre and 300 x block is the exhaust chest, the production engine is restrictive compared to the 300x block. we currently have tooling that allows removal of the material without cutting open the engine block(cutting off the exhaust chest covers) so there is no risk of internal engine water leaks or warpage of the block from all the welding required. pm me with any questions or for pricing.
