ESC question

Hey, i am currently waiting for my account to be approved on an rc boat website, but have question about what size ESC i need for my new 1800kv brushless motor.
I am putting it in my 24" miss geico.
Any anwsers would be much appreciated.

All based on motor specs and number of cells.
Im running a 5 cells on a stock mystic motor with
A 120amp castle ESC. Ive had great results with castle
Only esc i use. On a 24 you should be fine on 4 cells and 60amp
Esc. The short boats dont like tons of torq.

So i should be fine with a 60 amp speed control with my 1800kv 6 pole??

The 24 is lite so you should be fine.
Most motors that size are rated 50amps continues.
Dont over prop it,. Use gold bullet conectors. solder everything.
Stay at 3 or 4 cell lipo.
