Im debating on if I should put small 3" stringers in where the foam boxes were at. Or leave it all open and "cleaner" looking.

    What yall think?

Cleaning up the holes in the dash. The resin was the last bit in the jug and was a bit thick already.

No. That was a rule later per coast guard I think. Just like u see was original. Foam under deck in the bow and some was up under the splashwell.

Ordered 1 more gallon of vinlester 700 from US Composites a couple weeks ago and yesterday opened it up and used some of it on the transome and it was much thinner than the stuff that came in 5 gallon buckets. And the temperature was 10-15* cooler also. But it sure did wet out much easier.

This is the 13th gallon of resin on this rebuild . fyi

That reminds me of a vking I seen a while back for sale and someone had put a hole in the deck and put a pedestal seat for fishing but dont know what ever happened to it. Maybe someone bought it and fixed the hole then sold it to you.

This boat was registered to someone in Wright City Missouri between 99 - 2003 then a guy got it and let it sit in his shed till a DWI came along and needed money. And I seen it the 2ed day he set it out along the road. And picked it up for $200

Sprayed a bit of primer on the rear deck. Trying to get some of the tiny dips and imperfections to smooth out. Just some very small stuff that I notice that no one else probably wont see. BUT I DO! So primer on sand off primer on sand off.

First after the balsa I used a strait.air sander then a DA with 40 grit but it sanded all diffrent rated due to the diffrent hardnesses of the balsa. Thus the filler and all the sanding. This final sanding spree is being done with a 9" flat hand sander.
