Sorry— but i have difficulty in recognising the concept as a car, let alone a Ferrari, although it is red .
To my mind , you should be able to recognise any concept by its shape and presentation .
Five lengths of five mill alloy and an inch by an eighth bit of alloy rushed through the bender does not thrill me —- wont ever make the antiques road show, thats for sure

now you can all dissect my concept.

After you mention the Red Concept was a car (Ferrari) then I realized the intention.

Your Concept is easily recognized with that Outboard clamped on the back.
Is the sweeping curve metal on the port side, representing a wave?
If it is a wave(s) I like the intention. Overall a fine job Jackie.

Me myself have no issues with this ——Lasse has not yet passed comment—- true it is not one of my concepts . Came from Bristol university where it was being used in the wind tunnel a whileback, was then found at a boat jumble where a boating enthusiast picked it up .
I swoppwed a gold catamaran which i received from the Abu—Dhabi boat club for it .
Thought it would be ideal , maybe i was wrong —- or maybe Ted Jones will put it in the back yard and throw rocks at it when he’s in a mood ??????
Either way it doesn’t matter —- always room under the bench for another .
Would love to have made Havasu — just so i could kick three sheets of sh-t out of SQUIRT — But we still cant travel to the USA legally. i can wait a little longer

IF I AM TOTALLY HONEST ROY —— most of it is bollocks and trying to create an illusion in peoples minds of something they might imagine . So its auto suggestion i suppose — Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that jazz.
I do try to be honest in most things i attempt — not always apparent though is it ??

Off down to gosport today—- there is a great plastics factory down there . Need half a dozen windshields , hoping they might have some plastic that i can cobble into a screen and a safety cell .
Not heard from Lasse — so if you want the number 8 ASPEN boat Ted—- its yours . Will still cost you four hundred bucks . [but the motor is worth that].

Quite difficult to put into prospectus just how feckin hugen those rude V8’s were —- decided i had never quite achieved the size in any previous concepts —- so this time i started out with a two kilo casting. Think i nailed it this time.

GIVES A BIT BETTER IDEA ON PROPORTIONS
Its just in grey primer at the moment —— Andy Bullen had red — white — blue boats that i know of .
Rick frost always had black .
Needs a half decent gearcase and im nearly done .
