Take a three Inch round bar and dissect it into,ren Mill Segments.
Bore the centre to withintwo thou.
Insert a sealed bearing, Mark and cut put the disc.
Cut Twelve spokes, grind and pölish .
turn up the rim, Turn to a tho, turn the tyre groove, snug fit the Alloy Bslance all on assembly, make and fit tyre!
REPEAT ANOTHER FOUR TIMES. NOW YOU HAVE ONE SET OF ROLLER WHEELS!
