Had a demo by a F22 at Oshkosh EAA show this year - as it flew backward, sideways, tail first, you name it. This is what they showed us - I will bet money it can fly stright down and stop before it hits the earth! The A 10 Warthog demo was as impressive - that would be the one I want to fly.

Thats what I mean Bernie—— Warthog is probably ten years old by now—- the military have had a few hundred billion since then to develop “WHATEVER” that’s going to be like something even Jules Verne couldn’t even imagine!

Good day in the shop—- finished painting Keikhaefer 111 —- this is the second of the trilogy “THE THREE GRACES”. All I have to do now is the cockpit—- motor covers—-drives and trims. Say it quick and I might get it done next week?
ive glued up the timber for KAAMA—— let the glue set over the weekend so there’s no chance of last weeks fiasco.
Do have a trailer I made for a big ole offshore boat some time ago and never used.
Must say, it does make a change from the six Silver Ghost’s—— none of which are anywhere near completion—- I just got myself a tad “bogged down” with them!

Think it’s round about now that the Pavia— Venice Race is run—— this is a “ Run what you brung” race—- open to anything and everything, with some exceptionally fast boats entered RIP BOOTSIE.

“Bootsie” died doing what he wanted to—- better than dying of cancer—- controversial but much loved character?
My son in law and daughter Sandra moved to Oggiono many years ago. Stephen was an ace carpenter —- antique furniture restorer—- and all round clever bugger. Learned his trade from Chris Hodges. Went to work for Fabio as creator and constructor—- designer and problem solver for years until Sandra was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Bootsie just loved their dog Sam, a border collie that Hodges and Steve stole from a guy that misused him. But again, I must apologise for rambling on— my son Mark and Phil Rolla were also good friends friends with him—- seemed like he was always at the Record factory in Lugano, sorting out new designs with Rolla.
