Miles found the one he wanted and it wasn’t the one i first made for him. Needs quite a bit of work and the drives of course . Fairly certain i can come up with exactly what he‘s looking for .

To be honest , he was a bit like a kid in a toyshop for two or three hours. Was only when he‘d gone i realised we hadn‘t had anything to eat, just a cup of tea !!!!!!
Time flies when your having fun !!!!!!!!!!!

DNF for Miles Jennings at Cocoa Beach 2022.

Cocoa is East of Lake X, and this is where me and my friends went surfing.
And Ron Jons was the place to stop at in the 60's & 70's, and apparently still to this day.

had a lovely visit today from Fiona Brothers ——last time i saw her was over thirty years ago.
She had really caved out a name for herself in the FONDA series and was really mixing it with the likes of CAPOLINNI —-JON JONES——JOHN HILL—-STEVE KERTON and my son MARK WILSON. She had actually won a number of races and was well placed in the championship before the fateful day when she blew over .
Classic example of three boats running gunwale to gunwale up to the first turn——shortage of air that did strange things in that particular situation . Left her paralysed down the left side of her face . She is still like that today.
One of the lousy down sides of powerboat racing.
We had a good hours chat about all the old times and people and places —— was like we talked only last week, as it always seems to be when old friends get together .
really been hitting the MILES JENNINGS TROPHY hard —— ive done a rework of the script completely and as is usual in these situations i have two concepts running at once . I guarantee i will get it right .
IT has to be —its being presented at ‚„“THE SQUADRON‘after the COWES TORQUAY RACE !!!

Just been head down and arse up all week.
Concept has to be as good as i can get it [perfect will do at a pinch].
Day at BEAVERBROOK HOTEL today. Really could have done without it at this time in my life , but what the hell it is a 90th birthday present.

Was really spoiled rotten yesterday BEAVERBROOK is a well kept secret location between DORKING and LEATHERHEAD just over the border in the county of SURREY.
Golf membership is £200,000, with the Gym membership a mere £4,000 per person. So its not for the faint hearted or poor relations.
Courtesy car is an ASTON MARTIN SUV [It was in fact the only one i have ever seen]. Motif is a spitfire , just to give you some idea of the opulence surrounding the place .
Both Sam and Clive are Members [GYM} — not really intending to boast — just explaining how they move in different circles to me . GOODWOOD and BEAVERBROOK are way above my pay grade , but it is nice to to be spoiled a tad just once in a while .
