Many thanks for the tee shirts Charlie—- maybe i should have warned you that the one thing BORDER CONTROL does not have is a sense of humour !!!!!!!
When a parcel sent to SIR JACKIE WILSON at a mundane address in the south of England —not to a baronial castle , alam bells stat to go off .
they have probably dissected the shirt and tested for nerve gas poisonings and slapped a £25-87p charge on it for good measure .
As my sainted mother used to say, “ its the thought that counts” Put it down to experience Charlie .

When i look back at all the “TOYS” i had over the years but never kept for long i am amazed at my own stupidity.
The 246 Dino Ferrari that sold for £333,000 at Bonhams Last week.
    Aston Martin DBV8 VANTAGE —— a cool half a million .
1968 911S Porche £200,000. Had that for nine years, longest i ever kept a car.
Then there’s the bikes ———Triumphs —-nortons —Vincents —-AJS —BSA’s .
Thought those days would never end !!!!!!!!!!

Gene i have to admit you are wearing better than i am. Every damn bone in my body aches . If i lift a bag with more than two apples ——two days later i get backache which then creeps up to my neck and blows outa the lid a week later . Creating abject pain and misery along its journey.
There is no joy in growing old and the fecking idiot who said that was either a seventeen year old geek or a raving lunatic or simply a lying sumbitch .
wasted a week of my life fighting back and neck ache and feeling very sorry for myself . Daft part is —-i cant even remember what it is i am supposed to have done ——- sound familiar ??????????
So if you sold the KWACKER to fund the MALIBUSTANG ??? It must be about ready for take off ??????
Have you kept up the hours or is that a stupid English tradition ?????
Keep this up Gene and the Mustang goes out the door next .
Last pickie i saw was the Bustang in the hanger —but it did look ready for take off.

. Above my grade Gene —- Just have the Trusty Lexus ——-SUPERSHED and a Seiko .
And a little help from my friends .
Spent the last eleven hours in A & E it st. Richards hospital in Chichester
After suffering chronic back and neck pains for the last week, had a nice trip in a lovely yellow ambulance complete with a pair of paramedics and flashing blues and twos .That was aRound midnight. Doncha just love a bit of drama to round off the Friday evening .
Friday night in A & E is almost as its depicted in all TV soaps only worse —- spent the first four hours on a gurney in the corridor in line behind ten more .
Never did make it onto a proper bed . But did get attended by a series of doctors and nurses until they decided what the problem was , but not until i had been x rayed and CCT’D .
COURSE THEY NEVER ACTUALLY TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG —. Just had all these weird symptoms that nobody could quite fathom !!!!!!!
Upshot of all that is another day of my life disappeared into the long distance without trace and i never got to either the car boot sale or the scrap yard .

Has anyone ever seen a International Harvester pickup truck.

I had one in the mid 1970's. A co-worker needed a car, now that he had two kids.
I gave him my Ford and a little cash, and he handed over the keys to his blue pickup.

I am sure there were other International pickups on the road then, but I do not recall ever seeing one.
Later I strapped my Honda 450 bike on the back, and hooked up my 30 foot house trailer and moved to another town.
And then years later traded the truck for a VW bug.

    Displacement Chase - Yamaha's Try

I always thought that Yamaha's 360 was an attempt to keep in step with the Maicos and Huskys in the motocross displacement race. This 360 could pull a truck!
