Call me crazy but i feel some boats have better karma then others, and this boat definitely needed to be brought back to life. This boat has a Lot!! Of history so proud and thankful you are doing the build and motivated to do it.. may the hydrostream gods shine down as this resro takes place. Can't wait till she's done.. great job so far

My brother in law came over who is a master painter with several awards , we got the metal flake part figured out. Just trying to get a grasp on repairing the crazing. I've been sanding small sections in between waiting on things to dry. If a sand it with 36 grit by hand it opens it up well and the cracks And I've been told by a few people that duratech hi build blue primer cut down 50\50 will fill them well and can use a high quality primer over it and will hold up well. Other option is epoxy 4oz woven and epoxy and the high build and go from their

I pulled the gears out of this one to put a 15" shaft in it, plus fit in my bead blaster better. May fix the other one with a 20" shaft for a spare for my 20" mid

Little update , been trying to remove core, what a nightmare , rotten, then rock solid then dry , about 50% is actually bad, but going till I hit 100% dry which is at the dash, or 6-8" before it. Splash well is back in and have to put one layer of glass on it and its done . will get up some pics when I makes some decent progress
